The whole place has this super cool vibe, like you’re chilling in a little bookstore-library combo while you eat. Totally unique and just a fantastic experience all around. You gotta check it out!

4.2 | This was our first stop in BH. I enjoyed my meal, the live music and ambiance also made it such a pleasant experience. The best part was the meal of course, but as an experiential eater, when all the pieces work together well, it’s definitely a bonus. I ordered the chef especial, risotto with shrimp “risoto de camarão”, it was delightful. I enjoyed the richness of it and it definitely was a more untraditional take on the classic risotto, with more of a tomato and hearty base. My friend who had been here during her time in BH ordered a meal she loves, the risotto with the filet minion, and exclaimed “that’s what we flew 20+ hours for.” needless to say, she loved it and it was just as lovely as she’d remembered. the pão de queijo was also great, it had a filling that was really delicious, and the desserts were also quite delightful. the only slip up in our experience was the caipirinha, it wasn’t to my friend’s standard, it wasn’t as sweet and didn’t have enough bite, but overall, I would definitely recommend this place! gem in BH!
